Event Details

You can't run and you can't hide from the interpersonal problems that inevitably rear their heads at work.  Workplace problems don't disappear through wishful thinking, and when they arise, the potential is high for missteps that might make things worse. "Managing Sticky Situations at Work: Communication Secrets for Success in the Workplace" gives employers and employees the tools they need to resolve uncomfortable, unproductive workplace conflicts.

Author and Executive Coach Joan Curtis has over 25 years of experience as a speaker and trainer.  Joan received her doctorate in Adult Education from the University of Georgia and has helped countless people refine their communication skills through her seminars, books and executive coaching.  T+D Magazine published Dr. Curtis’s article titled, “Engage Me, Please: Readiness Factor in Training Design” in November 2008.

If you are responsible for training and/or supervising other employees, join us as we explore successful ways we can better manage “sticky situations” at work.
